Youth Landscape/Career Training Program 

This is a 40-hour program that teaches inner-city youth basic landscape/construction and career training. This program consists of hands-on training with lawnmowers, weed whackers, lawn edgers along with, Safety Procedures and interview skills.

Plant Transportation

Tuesday 
Field Ride Along/Observation Day 
Candidates will ride with the landscape crew to experience on-the-job training
Candidate will receive instructions on proper work attire and PPE

Wednesday 
Video Curriculum Training
Small walk Behind
Personal Safety
Edger Safety
Engine fuel Basics
Garden Planting Basics
Working In Cold Weather 

Thursday
Field Equipment Training
In a controlled environment at our facility candidates will operate power tools and equipment from Mowers to Chainsaws.

Friday
Career Training 
Mock interviews, job etiquette, interview etiquette
